User Testing Club Review 2021: A microtask gig A new name Webtest.club

User Testing Club is a off shoot of Internet Traffic Solutions Management Pty Ltd. a private Australian company that focuses on creating traffic for their clients.

You probably have seen a million ads on Facebook for User Testing Club and wondered if they are legitimate. The team decided to test it out for a week to find out if it actually pays out.

If you saw their ad on Facebook you noticed that it’s hard to even find out any information about them, but it’s pretty simple they have clients that they need to generate traffic for and need to keep everything low key. That being said, here are our results.

Below is their Sign-Up form:

The sign-up form is not much to look at but we decided not to judge a book by its cover. Use the email address that is associated with your PayPal address, that’s how they pay you. $1 for 1 task.  After filling out the form, it took 3 days before we got a response with our first microtask.

User Testing Club Microtask

First MicroTask:

When you get your first task in your email, make sure NOT to unsubscribe from this. We read on Facebook that those who have done this have never been able to get back into the program. So click on the first task and it will open up to a screen that will tell you what your first task is. (Some tasks must be done on mobile others on desktop) It’s detailed, it shows you exactly what you are supposed to do. If you can follow directions, this is going to be the easiest $1 you make.

You search a specific thing they tell you to find, go to a specific part of the website, and then copy and paste a very specific set of words they want you to find. There are complaints about people who did not get any more tests after a few. We did some research and found many of the complaints stemmed from those who might not have been very accurate about that specific chain of words they needed to find.

So after you fill it out the information, the text box closes out and tells you that the task is in a review. We were expecting a message letting us know if we were successful or not, but not of that showed up. Instead, we got an email from Paypal stating we were paid. We got our payment the very next day, others have said it has taken 3-5 days to show up on their PayPal.

User Testing Club Payment

Now that you know why you need User Testing Club, let’s cover the pros and cons:

Pro

  • It’s 100% legit
  • Pays through PayPal
  • Super easy microtasks
  • Easy Sign-Up
  • Fast Payment

Con

  • Not very transparent
  • Must have PayPal
  • No real customer support

Conclusion:

User Testing Club is legit and they pay quickly. You aren’t going to get a lot of tasks, you might make a dollar a day, but it’s very easy and it takes little effort. It’s hard to find information about them, but they do pay you.

The Skinny:

The Hustle Team is not affiliated with the User Testing Club. We just like it.

  1. I signed up, received their MicroTask daily but didn’t receive a cent from them. When I queried that, they stopped sending me anything.
Absolute scam as far as I am concerned.

    1. Wow, that’s awful to hear they haven’t paid you. I don’t think I have any inroads with them either, but I’ll definitely reach out too and see if I can get any answers for you.

I personally have not done any MicroTask in a while but will try to see what happens and follow up with you.

    2. Hey Kim,

I contacted them via Facebook and this was their response User Testing Club FB Comment

I still get their tests from time to time and have gotten a payout consistently. Sorry to hear you have issues. Perhaps, you should comment on their Facebook publically. That’s how I was able to get a response.

      Let us know what happens!

  2. I love user testing Club I’ve been with it for several months and have gotten paid regularly within a few days of finishing my task. I get test at least three times a week I have worked up to this and very satisfied with it. Following instructions are extremely important in order to complete testing qualification in order to get paid. Thank you very much for the opportunity you guys have given me. I have enjoyed this very much.

    1. Definitely, it’s important to really follow those instructions. If you don’t do it exact you won’t be paid and they won’t tell you why.

  3. I have beeb with them for 1 month and done what has been asked and they have paid for every job or task I complete and do as the directions say..I love it and will be a loyal customer..

  4. I received an email last week to join the club. I understand you have to be chosen. I have gotten paid three times, however on my fourth and fifth task, I get an error stating that I have no access to enter my answers at the bottom of the page. Not sure what the problem is, but if it keeps happening I will be deleting and unsubscribing and securing my paypal account. I also got another email about $5.00 incentives with the same company and user testing club, but when I signed in, it said I’m already registered…but there is no option to choose the $5 incentive…which doesn’t appear in the current user club account.

    1. I do know many times if you get the error about no access it’s because either they want you to complete it on mobile or desktop vice versa.

  5. I was assigned 2 tasks within 2 weeks, I was paid $1 for one, I am sure that as long as I accurately submitted the correct information for the task I will be paid. I believe that User Testing Club is legit and I look forward to completing more tasks. As indicated it is important to follow instructions and be consistent with answering correctly then you will be paid

  6. My husband and I both do the micro tasks and my husband has only been paid the first 1$ and nothing since and I haven’t been paid at all

    1. Wow, that’s really strange. Were you able to contact them directly and ask for a response? I do know they recently changed to Webtest.
